Took my 2020 livewire in to have a couple of key fobs paired !!! As this bike is rare I don’t have many options when it comes to service and trust my local shop to be there for me And WOW. Were they ever there for me. Not only did they do the two key fobs for me but their tech was also able to clear a couple of (3) codes that popped up and to download the updates. Otherwise it was off to Edmonton to get service. I can’t thank them enough. They didn’t have to. But they did. I’ve had nothing but good experiences from this group and will continue to be a loyal customer. I will certainly send my friends and family there. Best service. Best price.

I typically don’t go to Harley for anything but today I had to make an emergency stop to get a new 4 point docking station and 2 up mounting bracket for my bike. I called and talked to Kyle and he had the part in stall. Jason lent me tools and lock tight and was totally cool with me spreading my junk all over the front lawn while I fixed my bike in the parking lot. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Not all Harley employees are greasy. Again guys. Thanks so so much.

I'm not sure where to start with this review. I echo what some of the folks said about poor customer service here. Employees chatting aimlessly amongst themselves. Not one of the 4 employees I saw on the floor could even say "hi". This is my first time in your shop, and out of the 9 shops I've been to in and around Winnipeg, this is only the second time I've been met with the attitude of "we could care less for your business". They have a bike in their shop on my radar, but it wouldn't be right to honour poor treatment with my business. Nice big shop, looked like fairly good stock and a wide array of items. Parking is ample and free. Location is okay. Not too bad to get to. It is the furthest East you could go within the city but we found it alright. Store front is clear. They are taking info for contact tracing as you enter (there's a clip board on a table when you walk in), there's a clean and dirty pen basket and hand sanitizer available.

Everything about the dealership is amazing, you walk in there and are greeted by the most friendly staff, bring you in and almost make you feel like family. I have had the chance to work with Tina who sold me my first Sportster and now got me upgraded to a Low Rider S, she goes above and beyond. Daniel makes sure your getting the best deal he can possibly get you, I just got the chance to meet Barry and he took me around the dealership, treated me like a friend and showed me all the new models I’d possibly be interested in and discussing options and the needs I wanted for my new bike. Just an awesome place to be.

Larger of the two official HD outfits in the province (and the only one in Winnipeg). Parts, service, and sales of new and pre-owned bikes. Takes trade-ins. Different than bike shops in the past. Plenty of HD "lifestyle" merch. Guess I'm just used to the old school shops - guys smoking, drinking beer, and going over the rides. Bikes & wrenches. Filthy fun. Guess that's long gone now in most places. Reminiscing aside, this is a pro local shop that's well-worth checking out - they have the experience to set you up right, whether it's repairs or custom work. No disappointments. Pics of my ride.
